Growing up my parents owned an Electronic Business so I started working with them when I was about 13 years old. This is the job I continued throughout my life. I did try a few other jobs along the way, a hostess, and a short time at a burger joint, but I always ended up back at an electronic job. When my parents moved away I was about 27 and I had a son. I started working for a business building helicopter gimbal for camera systems and I thought this was going to be my career forever.

When the year 2022 started, I found myself at a critical juncture in my life, desperately seeking a change. Stuck in a job that offered little fulfillment and struggled to provide me proper compensation, I yearned for something more. Little did I know that a company I would soon encounter would completely transform my life. My journey of transformation began with a simple online job search on up work. I was scouring the site for opportunities when I stumbled upon a job posting that seemed a little out of my field, a remote kitchen designer job.

For the past several years of my life, I have wanted a career where I could have it all. A job where I was respected, valued, could grow in my own experiences, have new ones, and a decent paying wage wouldn’t hurt either. From being in retail management to running quality assurance in a call center of more than 100 agents, even working in a nursing home, there isn’t much in the customer service industry that I haven’t done. The various positions have had their perks, of course, but something was always missing.
